David Parker is the Founder and CEO of Phrontis Holdings LLC.
He founded Phrontis with his wife, Sarah Parker, who serves as co-founder and Clinical Director. The brand was named for the Greek word phrontis — the guardian who protects those who cannot protect themselves yet — before the founders knew what the mission would become.
The scale of online child exploitation reshaped the brand's purpose: in 2025 alone, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children received more than 17 million CyberTipline reports of suspected online child exploitation. Phrontis launches Q3 2026. The mission is universal — not a Christian brand, not a politically-aligned brand. Anyone who wants to help is invited to participate.
